In New Delhi : The secretariat of the mission is located in Sheesh Mahal Room on the banquet floor (accessible through the escalator in the lobby) at the Taj Palace Hotel and will be operational from 28 February to 4 March 2025 from 08:00-17:00. In Mumbai: The secretariat of the mission is located in Meeting Room no4 on the lobby level at the Oberoi Hotel and will be operational from 4 March to 7 March 2025 from 08:00 to17:00.Perrine Docquier (perrine.docquier@abh-ace.be M: +32 475 85 29 62) from the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency will be happy to assist you.
